In the Paper and Pulp Production Process, BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is used for the following key roles:
Color Removal: It eliminates color from wastewater generated during paper and pulp production.
COD Reduction: It assists in reducing Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), enhancing the wastewater quality and making it safer for discharge or further treatment processes.
Retaining Agent: BWD-01 is also employed as a retention agent in the process, which helps improve the efficiency of the paper and pulp production.
Sludge Reduction: Its application during the treatment stage results in less sludge production than other methods, thus reducing waste.
Using BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent, paper and pulp industries can achieve cost-effective, efficient, and environmentally friendly wastewater management.
Description:
- BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is particularly functioning high reliable with coloring wastewater having hydrophilic dyes (reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes, and so on), less dosage, the color clear, fast speed, high processing fluid clarification of the negotiation, yet additionally decreases the composition of COD, improve the COD removal rate.
- BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent, a unique product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing, and other applications, is used to eliminate the color of wastewater produced by fabrics process residences and also dyes fields as well as other fields.
- Safe, non-pollution, no heavy metal material.
- Application: wastewater treatment in the paint industry, industrial wastewater treatment, flocculation water treatment, water clarifying agent, water purifying agents, decoloring agent, cationic polymers water treatment

7. Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions, and so on).
8. It can be utilized before or after biological treatment.
9. Much less sludge is created than various other not natural coagulants.
Application Fields:
BWD-01 water decoloring agent is mainly used for Color removal treatment for high-coloring effluent from textile dyeing & printing mills, dyestuffs & pigment mills, and ink & paper making mills. |
It is suitable to treat wastewater with Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye etc. |
It Can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as a retention agent. |
How to do jar test?
- Make a BWD 2% solution (4 grams of BWD-01 with 96 grams of clean water).
- Make a PAC 5% solution (17 grams of PAC with 83 grams of water).
- Make a polyacrylamide 0.1%.
- Take 200-500ml of effluent and adjust the pH to 7.5-9.5 (neutral or alkaline). (This step ensures that the BWD-01 works best at the correct pH).
- Mix BWD-01 totally into the effluent, and rapidly stir about 1-3 minutes till color flocs form.
- Mix PAC solutions completely into the effluent, and quickly stir about 1-3 minutes to promote floc formation.
- To make huge flocs, add percentages of Anionic Polyacrylamide solution, stir and mix gradually.
- Sedimentation.
- After letting it mean a couple of minutes, check the effluent color.
Some essential details you do not wanna miss out on.
- To achieve better outcomes, change the dose of BWD-01 and PAC to do more tests.
- You might attempt either PAC or BWD initially.
- Stir a number of minutes after adding each chemical.
- Once all the actions have actually been completed, let the effluent go for a couple of minutes, and then inspect its color and flocs.
- Overdosage will result in a light milk color in the processed water.
- Normally, BWD is dosed after a biological process in order to lower the dosage and protect the bacteria.
Package and Storage:
- Packed in 30kgs net plastic drums, 250kgs net plastic drums, and 1250kgs net IBC drums, or others according to the requirements of clients.
