Mr. Ling Kunsheng, founder of Bluwat Chemicals, is an experienced Chinese chemical engineer who recognized the potential of international e-business at an early stage. He began developing online business before 2000 and registered Bluwat online in 2002. From there, Bluwat started introducing BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent, coagulants, flocculants and other water treatment chemicals to international customers through the internet, growing alongside major global B2B platforms and search engines.
The e-business model has remained an important part of Bluwat Chemicals' development. Fast communication, efficient service and streamlined operating costs enable us to build long-term cooperation with customers and partners around the world. Over the past 25 years, Bluwat has supplied more than 800,000 tons of water decoloring agents, flocculants, coagulants and functional polymers for applications including water treatment, textile wastewater treatment, oil and gas drilling, mining and paper production.
Along with the growth of our international business, Bluwat has continued to invest in manufacturing, research and development, quality management and technical service. Today, our professional team works to provide reliable products and value-added technical support to customers and partners worldwide.

A specialized production base for BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent and liquid cationic polymers, including PolyDADMAC and Polyamine.

Focused on the production of different grades of Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) as well as Ferric Sulphate powder and granular products.

Dedicated to the production of a broad range of Polyacrylamide grades in powder and emulsion forms for water treatment, mining, oilfield and other industrial applications.
