Description: water clarifying agent
We are the biggest manufacturer and export of Water Decoloring Agent in the world.
Color Removal Chemical Dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin for water clarifying.
decolorant polymer is a dicyandiamide-based cationic copolymer with a medium molecular weight. It is active with the majority of dyes used in industrial processes, it is effective through the formation of organic complexes with the dye molecule and the subsequent removal of the complex’s solid particles by flocculation and sedimentation

Competitive Advantage:
1 | High performance to remove textile wastewater color. |
2 | Used to de-color high-coloring effluent from dyestuffs plants. |
3 | Stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%). |
4 | Used to treat effluent from textile and dyeing industry, pigment industry, printing ink industry, and paper industry. |
5 | Can be used as a retention agent in the paper & pulp processing |
6 | Faster sedimentation, better flocculation. |
7 | Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions, etc.). |
8 | It can be used before or after biological treatment. |
9 | Less sludge is produced than other inorganic coagulants. |
Application Methods:
1 | Make BWD-01 solution, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
2 | Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 |
3 | Make a solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%. |
4 | Prepare the effluent, test pH value, and adjust pH value to 8-9. (It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well) |
5 | Add PAC solution, and mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
7 | Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, and mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is a suggestion) |
8 | Sedimentation |
9 | Check color for treated effluent |
10 | Adjust the dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more tests to have a better testing result. |
