Application Method and Case:
A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. | B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are: | |
1 | Have effluent (200-500ml), test and adjust the pH of the effluent to 7.5-8 | |
2 | Before using, make a solution of BWD-01, mix with 40 times water to get 2.5% solution; Make PAC solution with 2-5% Al2O3, and have a solution of Anionic Polyacrylamide of 0.1% concentration. | |
3 | First, we apply BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 2-5 min with the effluent), after then the PAC (contact time 3-5 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide, mix slowly to have big floc, stay for sedimentation. | |
4 | It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH to 7.5-8, otherwise, the consumption of BWD-01 will be ~20% higher. | |
