This product is a reverse emulsifier, a composite polymer water treatment agent featuring a multitude of positively charged groups along its molecular backbone. It is a uniquely effective cationic polymer. With its robust reverse emulsification capability, it can significantly reduce the interfacial tension of oil-in-water (W/O) or water-in-oil (O/W) emulsions. This process destabilizes the emulsions by neutralizing the repulsive and attractive forces of oils or colloidal particles in wastewater, leading to the formation of flocs. Through further chemical bridging, it facilitates the separation of oil and water, as well as the removal of harmful impurities in the wastewater, achieving the goals of oil recovery and wastewater purification. The emulsifier is highly effective in breaking water-in-oil emulsions, reducing oil-water separation time, and is water-soluble and effective across a broad pH range.
Parameter | Specification |

Appearance | Orange-yellow liquid |
Solid Content (%) | ≥40 |
pH Value | 2-4 |
Add the product directly to the wastewater either in its original form or diluted, then stir and allow it to settle. For optimal results, use in conjunction with PAC and PAM. The ideal pH range for application is 5-12, with pronounced demulsification and flocculation effects around pH=9. The dosing point is typically selected in the rapid mixing tank of the sewage treatment process. The dosage varies depending on the type of wastewater, generally ranging from 50-1000ppm.
