The heavy metal capturing agent is a vital component in the process of industrial wastewater treatment. It works as a coagulant and is used to eliminate heavy metals from various industries including electroplating, chemical, printed circuit board (PCB), power plant, and steel. What sets this agent apart is its ability to create compact flocs, settle quickly, and efficiently remove heavy metal ions, such as nickel, copper, zinc, and chromium, from wastewater.
This capturing agent also boasts a high adaptability to different water temperatures and pH values, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Its low treatment cost, coupled with its excellent treatment effect and ease of operation, has made it a popular choice in the PCB, electronics, electroplating, and other metal industries.
The chelating agent boasts a wide application across a broad pH spectrum from 2 to 14. This remarkable versatility allows for the comprehensive treatment of diverse heavy metal compositions within the wastewater.
With a potent formulation, this chelating agent has a strong capability to capture and remove various heavy metal ions, including copper, zinc, and nickel. It has proven effective in reducing concentrations of copper ions to 0.3mg/L, zinc ions to 1mg/L, and nickel ions to 0.1mg/L.
