Summary
  • BLUWAT F7 is a highly active liquid inorganic coagulant that offers higher effective clarification in municipal and manufacturing wastewater treatment, water purification chemicals
  • BLUWAT F7 is a Nanotechnology coagulant and has a great deal of advantages for the biological treatment procedure.
  • BLUWAT F7 can get a better flocs structure and enhance the sedimentation of flocs significantly, then improve MLSS and bacterial concentration throughout the biological process, so treatment performance will be enhanced considerably. It is used in the treatment of commercial and municipal wastewater treatment.
Benefits
  • Better coagulation and sedimentation of flocs
  • Much better SVI outcome
  • Reduction turbidity of processed water of 2nd sedimentation tank
  • Promoting the development and reproduction of bacteria in the aeration tank.
  • Better reduction of COD, BOD, TSS, TN, and TP by 30-60%.
  • Avoid Scam and Bulking issues.
  • Cutback of sludge by 30-40%.
  • Much better sludge dewatering effectiveness.
  • Lower treatment cost.
Jar Test Procedure
1. Have the water samples from the equalization tank and 2 beakers.
2. Compare to conventional coagulant (Alum, PAC, Ferric sulphate), use 1/5 - 1/4 dose, for example, the existing coagulant is PAC, the dose is 1000ppm, so dose F7 200-250ppm in one beaker water sample.
3. Stir for 20-30 seconds, remain to inspect the sludge settling, and record the settling time.
4. At the same time, test another beaker water sample, with an existing coagulant (Alum, PAC or Ferric sulfate).
5. Compare the 2 beakers' sludge settling time, and measure the density.
6. Take the water after dealt with, and determine the COD, BOD, TSS, TN, TP, and pH worth.
7. Adjust dosage, and do more tests based upon the above actions.
