Application Fields:
Competitive Advantage:
| 1 | Stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%). |
| 2 | Used to de-color high-colority effluent from dyestuffs plants. |
| 3 | High performance to treat wastewater with Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff etc. (Soluble and Insoluble dyestuffs). |
| 4 | Used as retention agent in the paper & pulp processing |
| 5 | Faster sedimentation, better flocculation. |

Application Methods:
| 1 | Have effluent sample from ETP, adjust pH value to 8-10.(It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well) |
| Have solution of BWD-01, mixed with 40-50 times water to have 2-2.5% solution for use. | |
| 2 | Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 content. |
| 3 | Have solution of APAM, 0.1%. |
| 5 | Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
| 6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
| 7 | Add small content of APAM solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is suggestion) |
| 8 | Sedimentation. |
| 9 | Check color for treated effluent. |
