Color Removal Chemical for Textile Effluent Color Treatment to Replace Ferrous Sulphate
Description:
Specifications:
Appearance: | Colorless to yellowish translucid liquid |
Solid Content: | ≥50% |
Specific Gravity at 20°C: | 1.1-1.3 |
PH Value: | 3-6 (30% Solution) |
Viscosity: | 50-300(25°C,cps) |
Package: | 30kgs net plastic drum, 250kgs net plastic drum palletized, 1250kgs net IBC drum |
Application Fields:
Competitive Advantage:
1 | It has stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%). |
2 | Used to de-color high-colority effluent from textile and dyestuffs mills. |
3 | High performance to treat wastewater with soluble and insoluble dyestuffs, such as Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff etc.. |
4 | Especially used to treat color wastewater from textile and dyeing industry, pigment industry, printing ink industry, and paper industry. |
5 | Faster sedimentation, better flocculation. |
6 | Less sludge produced than other inorganic coagulants. |
Application Methods:
1 | Make a solution of Color Removal Chemical, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
2 | Make a solution of polyaluminium chloride(PAC), with 2-5% Al2O3 |
3 | Have a solution of Polyacrylamide (Polyelectrolyte), 0.1%. |
4 | Have effluent and adjust pH value to 8-10. |
5 | Dose PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
7 | Dose 1-2ppm anionic polyelectrolyte, mix slowly to have big floc, settling |
8 | Check color for treated effluent, and calculate the dosage. |
Application Case:
A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. | B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are:
1 | Test and adjust the pH of the effluent to 7-9
2 | First, we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the wastewater), after then Color Removal Chemical (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide.
3 | It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-9, otherwise, the consumption of color removal chemical will be ~20% higher.
