The colored effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process houses, in water-scarce areas, it comes as heaven-sent facilitating the recycling of industrial effluent into process water. BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is used to solve this problem.
In the paper process, BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent also can be used as a fixing agent.

Decoloring Chemicals Application Fields:

Mainly application field is for color removal treatment for high-coloring effluent from textile dyeing & printing mills, dyestuffs & pigment mills, and ink & paper making mills.
Suitable to treat wastewater with Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye, etc..
Can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as a retention agent.

1	It has very strong decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%).
2	It has very high performance to treat wastewater with Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff, etc. (Soluble and Insoluble dyestuffs).
3	Also used to treat wastewater from the pigment industry, printing ink industry, and paper industry.
4	Can be used as a retention agent in paper & pulp processing
5	Faster sedimentation, better flocculation.
6	It can be used before or after biological treatment.
7	Less sludge is produced than other inorganic coagulants.

Packed in 30kgs net plastic drums, 250kgs net plastic drums, and 1250kgs net IBC drums, or others according to the requirements of clients.
Suggested to store at room temperature, would show slight stratification or appear white at low temperature, cannot be placed in the sun.
